Scanstrut DS-HD6 Double Horizontal Cable Seal | Waterproof Marine Cable Gland
The double horizontal cable seal was designed to eliminate the time-consuming and sub-standard routing of solar panel cables. The product allows you to easily install 2 cables of different sizes (5mm/0.19" and 6mm/0.23") in any combination. Our glands help you achieve a sleek, easy-to-fit, and 100% watertight installation every time. With a compact footprint, it is perfect for installing as close to the solar panel as possible.
Design
The low-profile construction is impact-resistant and provides extra protection from water, creating a snug and secure IP68-rated watertight seal. It is ideal for routing two solar panel cables from the outside to the inside.
Marine Grade Materials
The cable seal body is made from marine-grade plastic, selected for its UV-stable and hard-wearing properties. Fixings are made from Marine Grade 316 stainless steel, for long-lasting performance.
Easy Installation
To speed up installation time, the cable seals are made with captive nuts, making the installation as simple and fast as possible. Quick installations through wood, metal, and GRP.
