260 Watt Walkable Semi Rigid Shade Tolerant Solar Panel with Polycarbonate & J-Mount Brackets - Sunpower A+ Grade 24.4% Efficient Cells

260 Watt Walkable Semi-Rigid Shade Tolerant Solar Panel supplied with polycarbonate backing and J-brackets. It's designed for marine and van applications that demand high output, reliability, and flexibility.
Built with SunPower A+ Grade 24.4% efficient solar cells, this panel delivers superior performance in both full and partial sunlight. Its shade-tolerant design ensures consistent energy production even in challenging lighting conditions — ideal for boat decks, camper roofs, and van setups.
Its semi-rigid design allows it to be safely walked on when properly supported. The upside is they dissipate heat better and thus perform better in hot climates.
With exceptional durability against saltwater, moisture, and UV exposure, this panel is engineered for long-term performance whether you’re at sea or on the open road.
Reliable. Efficient. Built for the journey.
✅ The semi-rigid (walk-on) solar panel kit includes:
- PV solar panel module
- Sheet of twin wall polycarbonate backing
- Two J channel mounting extrusions
- Owner’s Manual
📦 Ships in 1-2 business days with UPS Ground from Denver or Michigan.

ℹ️ Module Loading Considerations
- Semi-rigid and flexible panels can be walked on with anti-slip or flat soft sole shoes.
- Semi-rigid panels and flexible panels can support a concentrated weight (minimum area of 2” x 2”) of up to 180 pounds, with a rigid backing supporting the panel. Avoid sharp objects, chair legs, or high heels on panels — these can crack solar cells. Semi-rigid or flexible panels can support a distributed weight in excess of 180 pounds if the panel has a strong rigid backing.
- Placing heavy objects (such as installation tools) on the surface of the panel during or after installation of the panel is acceptable. Remove all obstructions once panels are installed.
- Do not walk on panels that are installed on uneven surfaces.
- Do not apply excessive loads on the corners of the panel.
