The Victron MultiPlus is both an inverter and charger. It is used by boaters and camper van folks to automatically run their 12 volt DC systems on either shorepower or battery power. The device automatically switches between the two so the adventurer need not think about manual switches.

Its many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology, plus multiple system integration features.
